Why didn't I receive my email?

There are a few common reasons an email might not show up:

  • Your address expired. If the 10-minute timer ran out before the email was sent, the address no longer accepts mail. Generate a new one and try again.
  • The sender blocks disposable emails. Some services detect and reject temporary email addresses. This is outside our control.
  • Delivery delay. Some senders queue emails for minutes before actually sending. Wait a moment and check again using the Refresh button.

If emails still aren't arriving, try generating a new address and sending a test email to it.
